Check-in for all flights is open three hours prior to departure for all international flights and 1 ½ hours for inter island services (Reunion & Rodrigues)

London Heathrow
All First Class and Business Class passengers have access to the London Lounge located opposite gate no 2 in the departure area. The lounge is on two levels with all the necessities for passengers travelling long haul.

• Television room
• International newspapers and magazines

Fast Track through Security
Fast track available for First Class passengers arriving at Heathrow. Fast track available to both First Class and Business Class passengers departing Heathrow.

First Class Passengers departing Mauritius have a personalised fast track on departure, through the La terrace Lounge.

Flights operated by A 340-300 with seating as follows.12 F 28 J 254 Y. Configuration in First Class is 2 x 2 x 2 , Business Class 2 x 3 x 2 and Economy is 2 x 4 x 2. All seats are equipped with in-flight entertainment monitors and there is continuous show on the 8 different channels. Service on board from Heathrow include a dinner and a breakfast. All drinks are free of charge.

Selecting a Seat
Seat selection in all classes is possible at the time of booking

All passengers can pre book their seats at the time of reservation. These seats will be in the system and travel agents can advise passengers of the info at the time of purchase of the ticket. In very exceptional cases seats may be changed at the check in but this is extremely rare.
