Check–in counters for all flights open 4 hours prior to departure. It is recommended that passengers arrive approximately 3 hours before the flight to avoid delays. The check-in counters will close 45 minutes before departure.

Premium Check-in
For the convenience of passengers travelling in Business Class, there are dedicated Check-in counters available at all airports (except Reunion and Rodrigues)

Baggage allowance for Air Mauritius international flights are as follows:

• Business Class – 30kgs
• Economy Class – 23kgs

Baggage allowance for Air Mauritius Inter-Island services are as follows:

• Mauritius – Rodrigues - 15kgs

Passengers are entitled to carry 1 piece of cabin baggage on the flight with a weight of 7kg maximum. In addition, a reasonable amount of duty free, personal items or laptops will be acceptable.
