Park Avenue
At London Heathrow, Park Avenue is an innovative personal check-in service,
exclusive to First and Business Class passengers and AAdvantage® elite-status
members. Accessed by its own private slip road directly opposite Terminal 3,
arriving passengers can simply step from the car and walk straight into an
atmosphere of complete calm, totally free of the normal hubbub of the main
terminal check-in area. There they'll be greeted by a dedicated team, waiting
to check them in swiftly and without any stress or hassle. Passengers can then
proceed directly to the departure area, via a dedicated lift, and onto one of
American Airlines air-side lounges.

To locate your nearest ticket counter, locate your nearest printer. That's
Flight Check-In on AA.com. It's just that easy. Whenever you travel on a U.S.
domestic electronic ticket and you have access to the Internet and
a printer, you have access to a boarding pass. Arrive at the airport with
everything you need and you can head straight for your gate. Passengers with
domestic e-tickets may check in on AA.com anytime from 24 hours to one hour
prior to departure. Flight Check-In is available for travel in the United
States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Self-Service Check-In
Check in, get a boarding pass and check your bags with American Airlines
Self-Service Check-In. It's the most convenient way to check in for domestic
travel with an electronic ticket (E-ticket). With Self-Service Check-In
machines, you can check in, select a seat, check bags, get your boarding passes
and obtain an electronic receipt. Eligible passengers can also standby for an
earlier or later flight and request an electronic upgrade.
Curbside Check-In
Need to check luggage? Get your boarding pass at the curb. With Curbside
Check-In, you can check bags, including excess baggage, and get a boarding pass
right at the curb. That means you can go straight to the security checkpoint
without having to stop at the ticket counter.
Curbside Check-In is available for passengers checking bags for a domestic
itinerary. You can have electronic or paper tickets, with or without a
pre-reserved seat.
Fast Track through Security
First and Business Class passengers may be eligible to use Fast Track at
selected Airports.
Admirals Club
In 1939, American Airlines opened the industry's first VIP lounge at LaGuardia
Airport in New York, forever changing travel at airports. The Admirals Club has
become synonymous with comfort and elegance at major airports throughout the
United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia and Latin America. American
Airlines currently has 40 Admirals Clubs across the system, for First and
Business Class travellers.
Flagship Lounge
At the AmericanAirlines Flagship Lounge, you can get away from the busy terminal
and enjoy a little peace and quiet before your flight. When you travel
full-fare in the First Class cabin (F, P and Z inventory) on an American
Airlines non-stop transcontinental or First Class international flight, it's
yours to enjoy with compliments.
The Flagship Lounge is an exclusive, private lounge, equipped with everything
you need to relax or do business. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks,
cocktails and snacks from the self-service bar. Make some phone calls or enjoy
a complimentary newspaper. There's also an American Airlines representative to
help with changing seat assignments and reissuing boarding passes.

All First and Business Class passengers flying American to London Heathrow or
Paris Charles de Gaulle are invited to enjoy the Arrivals Lounge amenities upon
their arrival (Economy Class passengers can pay a fee of USD$50 for access to
the Paris lounge or USD$35 for access to the London Heathrow lounge upon
arriving). To enter, simply show your boarding pass at the front desk.

At London Heathrow, the Arrivals Lounge can be found in Terminal 3. Exit to the
right after Terminal 3 Customs Hall, then take the stairs or elevator to the
Mezzanine level.
At Paris Charles de Gaulle, the Arrivals Lounge is located in Terminal 2A,
landside at Gate 5. You'll find it opposite Customs and Arrival exit on level
0.

First Class
The lie-flat sleeper seats in First Class on Boeing 777 aircraft are designed to
