From the minute you drive through its gates, you will realise you have arrived somewhere very special indeed. Your gaze will be drawn from the Romanesque fountain that is the focal point of the front drive through the villa itself and out towards exceptional views over the West Coast and Caribbean Sea beyond.
Sumptious and elegantly furnished, Stanford House and its residents are lovingly cared for by the house butler Victor and cook Roxanne along with a full time maid and a laundress. Additional staff including a chef can be arranged.
Constructed on one level, facilities to enjoy include a large open plan living room opening out to a spacious terrace and swimming pool, a spectacular 10 foot aquarium separating the living areas from a media room boasting 60" plasma TV with surround sound, satellite TV, DVD player, Sony Playstation 3 with Blue Ray player and wireless internet access.
Up to 10 people can be accommodated in 5 spacious guestrooms. 4 of which are located in each corner of the main house, and a 5th en-suite being a detached cottage, just steps away from the house with west coast views. The master bedroom is particularly spacious with a large dressing room and bathroom featuring Jacuzzi and large walk in shower, the three remaining en suite bedrooms feature spacious closets and also gardenviews.
Stanford House, particularly lends itself to those who adore outdoor living, with a few steps leading down to an expansive terrace and infinity edge swimming pool, a dining gazebo and BBQ area, a full wet bar and an Italian designed gazebo which is a perfect location for evening cocktails and prime position to soak up the fabulous west coast sunsets.
