Prices stated include accommodation, flights and transfers unless otherwise indicated and travel must be completed within the applicable date band. Our brochure is prepared many months before the start of the holiday season. All of the prices and added value offers are subject to availability at the time of booking. The prices shown are for guidance only and we therefore recommend strongly that you contact us to obtain the most up-to-date holiday price. As we have first hand intimate knowledge of each of the destinations we feature, we will of course also be pleased to discuss and advise you on the most appropriate holiday that meets your requirements. We do reserve the right to raise or alter our prices before you book your holiday. However, we guarantee that once the price of your holiday has been confirmed on your invoice (unless it is an estimated price), we will guarantee your holiday against future price increases (excluding government imposed charges).

1. Economy prices - Return economy class air travel on scheduled flights (plus inter-island flights where applicable) to y our destination airport with appropriate in-flight meals.
2. Accommodation as detailed in our confirmation of your booking.
3. Meals, as shown in the hotel description and on your confirmation “Breakfast” usually means continental breakfast, unless stated otherwise. “Half Board” is breakfast and evening meal, which is generally with a restricted choice of menu or restaurant. “Full Board” is breakfast, lunch and dinner. “All-Inclusive” is breakfast, lunch, dinner with house wine, snacks, unlimited bar drinks (excluding champagne and some premium brands) served by the glass.
4. Return transfers from airport to hotel/resort/ lodge, where indicated.
5. Services of an ITC Classics representative, except in the following destinations: Denis Island, North Island and Frégate Island in the Seychelles, The Maldives and the East African Islands, St Vincent & The Grenadines, Turks & Caicos, out-islands of the Bahamas, Little Cayman, St Martin, New York, Florida Hawaii and Mexico. Please note that our representatives are not permanently located at all destinations.
6. Mandatory hotel taxes and service charges.
7. United Kingdom Departure Tax and Passenger Service Charge (for all international departures). Children under 2 years of age, who have not been allocated seats, are exempt from this tax.
8. Luggage allowance of 20kgs of hold luggage and 1 piece of hand luggage on scheduled international flights, see LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE on opposite page.

1. Some overseas airport departure taxes (generally £15 - £30 per person, per island/country, payable locally in the local currency or US$). Also cruising tax between US$2 to US$4 per person per day, payable locally.
2. Travel Insurance, which you must have.
3. Charges made by the hotel in respect of infants’ requirements and baby-sitting.
4. Transfers and the services of International Travel Connections’ representatives mentioned as excepted in Item 5 opposite.
5. Items of a personal nature - drinks, laundry, room service, telephone calls, etc. and any tax payable on these.
6. Visa and passport charges.
7. Gratuities where service charges are not mandatory.
8. New government taxes or increased prices for hotels, transport and/or fares which are implemented after the costing of this brochure. Any applicable increase will be advised at the time of booking.
9. Tourist Tax, applicable on the Islands of Tahiti, Bora Bora and Moorea.
10. Any items not expressly included in the cost of your holiday.
