The three, 3 bedroom villas at Rocky Point as well as The Residence (comprising a five-bedroom and two 3 bedroom villas) are privately owned. They can be rented individually or together, and they feature large bedrooms with ocean-view sitting areas, living room, dining area, kitchen and outdoor dining area, private swimming pool, direct access to the beach and private butler service. Placed just 10 metres from the ocean edge with views towards the gentle waters that lap so close you can hear them against the powder-soft sand, the finish is a subtle combination of understatement and chic.

New to Parrot Cay is The Sanctuary, created by American Fashion Designer Donna Karan. These two exclusive ‘East meets West’ villas have 4 bedrooms situated either side of a Balinese screened-in pavilion. Maya Fiennes will be combining her skills as a Kundalini yoga instructor, her talents as an internationally renowned musician and her upbeat personality to lead an inspirational Yoga Retreat Week, entitled The Five Elements, at Parrot Cay from 13th to 19th July 2008. The retreat is suitable to all levels of practitioners from beginners to experienced and will offer a week of fun and uplifting Yoga specifically designed for busy minds and to release tension and stress..

During the retreat week, guests can take advantage of the COMO Shambhala’s substantial facilities in other areas of holistic wellness including massage, exclusive Dr Perricone anti-ageing facials and Ayurvedic therapies.
