How Can We Be Of Service?
Whatever you desire from your time away, our Concierge Team will endeavour to make it happen. We will make sure that every single moment of your time away is unforgettable. So whatever you may wish for, whether it be spa treatments, tickets to a sporting event, theatre tickets, a reservation at one of the finest restaurants, help with organising a special occasion or a wedding gift list, or something a little unusual like a Christmas tree – nothing is too much, or too little for us to arrange. If you’re celebrating a special occasion while you’re away, our Concierge Team can help you mark the occasion in style. We can arrange for Champagne, flowers and chocolates to be waiting in your room when you arrive or even book indulgent treatments in your hotel’s spa. If you want to enjoy true romance while you’re away, we can arrange with your hotel to add special touches like drawing you a candlelit scented bath or even leading the way to your hotel room with rose petals.

Smoothing Your Journey
We believe your holiday begins the moment you leave home, which is why we offer many great services that ensure you arrive at your destination feeling relaxed and refreshed.

• Chauffeured Transfers – For the most luxurious way to arrive, we can arrange for a chauffeur to collect you from your home address, take you to the airport and assist you with your luggage. On your return to the UK, your chauffeur will be waiting for you to take you home.
• Executive Lounges – To help you avoid the hustle and bustle of the airport, we can arrange for you to take advantage of an Executive Lounge at your departure airport. You’ll be able to relax in a haven away from it all and enjoy the superb selection of facilities on offer.
• Valet Parking – If you prefer to drive yourself to the airport we can arrange for you to be met at a pre-arranged time by a valet parking service. On your return, your car will be driven back to the terminal at your convenience.
