Mozambique borders Tanzania, Malawi, Zimbabwe & South Africa and has 3,000 km's of coastline. A long thin country, it takes three hours to fly from one end to the other. Largely an unexplored tourist destination, this is the perfect country to really get back to basics and enjoy the African way of life.

There are many National Parks to discover from the largest Gorongoza, to the Limpopo Reserve which borders the Kruger National Park, all with a vast array of terrain and wildlife. The coasts also offer beautiful unspoilt white sand beaches where you can relax before or following a safari adventure.

The capital city is Maputo in the south of the country, an attractive city set in a bay with unique architecture. Having been a province of Portugal for 400 years, the national language is Portuguese.

If your looking to go somewhere 'off the beaten track', head up to the North of Mozambique, where its just you and nature. Centrally, tourism picks up, such as Mozambiques busy port town Biera, and down South cities such as Maputo, Bazaruto Archipelago and Vilanculos offer a wealth of activities and sites to see.
