Answers

How do I book?
To make your reservation, please call us and one of our expert Travel Specialists will provide you with first hand information on your chosen destination. You may then confirm your booking, either; - By telephone - our Sales Consultant will re-iterate all aspects of your itinerary, the names and correct spelling of all persons traveling (as shown on the passports), the date of birth for each child traveling and confirm that you have read and agreed to our Booking Conditions. You will then be asked for payment of the required deposit. You can pay by cheque, credit/debit card or bank transfer. - By post or facsimile - complete and sign the Booking Form and send it to us with the appropriate payment.

What deposit is required?
Generally, a 10% deposit is required and is are payable at the time of booking. Exceptions are as follows: a) Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure will require full payment as quoted at the time of booking b) For all bookings departing in December, full payment will be required 10 weeks prior to departure.

How do I pay?
We will send you an invoice within 7 days of confirming your booking and a contract will exist when this invoice has been issued. Non payment or late payment of your outstanding balance may results in your booking being treated as cancelled by you, in which case, cancellation charges will be incurred.

When will my balance be due?
The balance due date is eight weeks prior to departure. NB 10 weeks for December departures.

Can I pay by credit card?
You can pay by cheque, credit/debit card or bank transfer.

When will I receive my travel documentation?
After we have received your full payment, we will send your full travel documentation approximately 14 days before departure. Click through to “Tickets and Other Documentation” in Important Information.

What are the check in times for my flights?
You must check-in at least 2 hours before take off time for most flights. As the airline allocates seats on a first come first served basis, we advise you to check-in as early as possible.

Please check your flight times carefully on your tickets, as these are subject to change and may vary from those on your confirmation invoice. Click through to “Tickets and Other Documentation” in Important Information.

Do I need a Visa?
As of November 2004, British Citizens require visas for the following countries:
Kenya
Tanzania
Zambia
India
Australia

For travel to and via the USA, Hawaii and US Virgin Islands, British citizens are entitled to enter the country via the US Visa Waiver Program (VWP) providing that all requirements are met. You should contact the US embassy if you are in doubt as to your eligibility. Click through to “Passports and Visas” in Important Information.

Please note that requirements do change and you must check the up-to-date situation in good time prior to departure.

Do I need travel insurance?
We believe that it is essential to take out insurance when you go on holiday and we strongly recommend that to do so be in your interest and that of your family.

We also ask that you provide us with details of your insurer and the policy number to assist you in the event of an accident or emergency abroad.

Do I need any vaccinations?
You must ensure that you have complied with any health requirement, such as vaccinations, for any country you may be visiting. We recommend that you:

- consult your GP at your earliest convenience
- obtain a copy of the T5 Health Advice for Travellers from your Post Office or visit www.dh.gov.uk.
