Introduction to Cobblers Cove
Introduction
The warm hospitality and efficient service that you will receive at Cobblers Cove pays testimony to the resort’s standing as a member of the prestigious Relais & Chateaux.
Cobblers Cove is a little corner of Englishness in a tropical setting. The
original Plantation House resembles a genteel English country home,
while the interiors of the 40 suites mix traditional Caribbean rattan
furniture and cushioned sofas to comfortable effect. Each has its own
kitchenette and a living room opening on to a private patio or balcony
with views of the sea or the manicured gardens. For uninterrupted views of
the beach, opt for a Oceanfront Suite, and for the utmost in luxury,
experience the Camelot and Colleton Suites, elegant dwellings with
rooftop terraces and private plunge pools.
Below Camelot and Colleton is the open-sided Terrace restaurant,
where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served overlooking the Caribbean
Sea. The French-trained chefs make the most of fresh local produce in an
array of delicious dishes, accompanied by an extensive wine list . Take
afternoon tea on the terrace or in the English-style sitting room of the
Plantation House, also a relaxing venue for evening cocktails. Live music
adds to the ambience on some evenings.
During the day, take a dip in the pool, play tennis or enjoy a range of
complimentary water sports from the white sand cove, be it water- skiing ,
windsurfing, sailing or snorkelling.
Located further north than many of the west coast resorts, the hotel provides a true sense of retreat , blended with genuine friendliness.
