Executive chef works with dieticians to create innovative, healthy and delicious menus and if you are interested in a specific weight loss programme they can tailor make a diet to suit and create a programme designed for your specific health requirements.

They offer two to seven night spa break programmes designed to de-stress, detox or achieve mind/body balance as well as special weekend events throughout the year (managing stress, healthy ageing, fitness, woman’s health, men’s health, walking ways)

Separate male and female spas include heat treatment areas, relaxation rooms, hydrotherapy suite. Gym, exercise and relaxation classes, heated indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts and a 9 hole par 3 golf course.

The atmosphere of Grayshott is relaxed and the dress code is casual. A robe and slippers will be awaiting you in your room for use during your stay and it’s quite normal to see guests relaxing in the comfortable lounges or gardens in robes.

Each of the 59 suites and bedrooms is sumptuously decorated and furnished to a high standard with elegant and comfortable accommodation, with luxury fabrics and both modern and traditional textiles. Most rooms overlook the gardens and grounds. All ground floor rooms have patio doors leading onto the gardens.

From the classic elegance of the Manor House suites, to the more contemporary style of the Junior Suites and Standard rooms, all rooms are designed to cocoon you in comfort and calm, and are equipped to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

All Grayshott rooms have duvets, flat-screen television, DVD player, safe, direct dial telephone and hairdryer. Toiletries are provided in the bathrooms and robes and slippers are placed in the room for your arrival.

Located in the UK, a mile and a half from the village of Grayshott, 16 miles south of Guildford and just two miles from Hindhead.

2 night De-Stress Package from £420 per person Price based on two adults sharing a Standard Double Room for 2 nights including an Aromatherapy back massage, de-stress body wrap and aroma face and scalp massage per person.

4 night Detox Cleanse Package from £849 per person Price based on two adults sharing a Standard Double Room for 4 nights including a vital energy detox massage, citrus detox body wrap, 40 minute hydro marine bath, lymphatic stimulation and a refresher facial per person.
