Introduction to Rawlins Plantation Inn
Introduction
The world famous Rawlins Plantation Inn was established 30 years ago from the buildings of a 17th century sugar plantation.
The exclusive accommodation comprises a variety of distinctive cottages set amongst 12 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, abundant with lush tropical plants. Each cottage has spectacular views towards the ocean with the neighbouring islands to the north-west and the mountains of Liamuiga to the south-east.
The ambience of this unspoilt enclave is of peace and tranquillity. The air is clean and pristine. There is a freshness of life here that takes one back to how things used to be.
The food at Rawlins is revered everywhere and is described by the ‘gurus’ as an exquisite blend of Kittian and serious cordon bleu. Ingredients are fresh from the kitchen gardens, nearby farms and the local fishermen.
