YOGA WEEKS
East Winds will be offering its guests complimentary yoga weeks during September 2011 with yoga instructor Jill Hagar.

Jill has studied Iyengar yoga for more than 16 years and attended many associated workshops and conventions linked to this study, including 30 days at the Iyengar Institute of Puna, India as well as receiving teachings from qualified teachers linked to its creator Mr Iyengar. Iyengar Yoga – encompasses a broad spectrum of Asanas (poses) and Paranayamic (breathing) techniques including recuperative-therapeutic poses.
