Maya Fiennes will be combining her skills as a Kundalini yoga instructor, her talents as an internationally renowned musician and her upbeat personality to lead an inspirational Yoga Retreat Week, entitled The Five Elements, at Parrot Cay from 13th to 19th July 2008. The retreat is suitable to all levels of practitioners from beginners to experienced and will offer a week of fun and uplifting Yoga specifically designed for busy minds and to release tension and stress..
