Felicity is a traditional Croatian house that has been lovingly restored and has been formed by merging two townhouses just a stone’s throw from the waters edge on the island of Vis. Vis is an unspoilt island 27 miles South East of Split and this particular house makes the most of its natural beauty by offering lovely views of the sun setting from its second-floor terrace. Should guests wish to view the beauty of the island from the sea, it is possible to hire a yacht with skipper on a daily rate from the nearby port. The villa is located in an excellent position as it is within easy reach of nearby shops and restaurants however it is secluded enough to provide a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It is in the unusual position of being within 10 feet of the seafront.
VILLA FACILITIES • Sleeps Up to 8 adults. • Bedrooms 1-4: All bedrooms come complete with king-sized beds and air conditioning. • Room Facilities: All rooms come with en-suite facilities and modern conveniences. • Staff: A maid service can be arranged prior to the visit and is provided at a supplementary cost. LOCAL FACILITIES • Watersports: A private boat can be hired with the villa upon request and watersports are available at beaches in the vicinity. • Restaurants: There are a variety of restaurants within a 2 minute walk. • Shopping: There are shopping opportunities in the local town. • Beaches: There are stunning Mediterranean beaches dotted throughout the island.
The properties undoubtedly offer a number of traditional features and have been lovingly restored by the current owners who have added a few contemporary touches. The 2nd floor terrace overlooking the quayside is a fantastic place to make the most of the view and relax. The open plan living areas downstairs make for a tranquil atmosphere and this continues on the upper floors. However due to the stone staircases it is advised to guests that the property isn’t suitable for children under 5 years of age.
