Along with six double en-suite bedrooms, the villa also has a large open-plan entertaining area, various outdoor terraces, tennis court and heated pool. La Fraissinede sits in one of the most picturesque valleys of the French Languedoc, near Carcassonne, and has been tastefully transformed from the wine barn into an open-plan six bedroom villa. Accommodation is spread across two floors, with the main living areas situated on the ground floor in an open-plan design. This allows sunshine to flood in from the vast picture windows in the lounge through to a large kitchen, complete with an impressive dining table and TV snug. The first floor of the main villa, houses four en-suite bedrooms, all decorated in different colours to illustrate their individuality; the Lavender room has twin beds and looks out over the vegetable patch whereas the Master Suite encompasses a King bed, sitting area and separate study complete with a computer. The original section of the villa holds the two remaining bedrooms, connected to the main villa, with a separate large sitting/ games room complete with table football, piano, TV and DVD player along with an extensive library of DVD’s.
